Alloy Nudge Bars are made from a lighter weight material than your more traditional steel Nudge Bar. A lighter Nudge Bar will reduce the load on your vehicle’s suspension, steering components and chassis.

Each Nudge Bar is engineered to work in conjunction with the vehicle’s existing safety systems, ensuring compatibility with features such as airbags and driver assistance technologies. All products are ADR compliant and undergo rigorous testing to confirm airbag compatibility is maintained.

Manufactured for long-term durability, aluminium provides inherent resistance to corrosion and environmental wear, making it well-suited to a wide range of operating conditions. The design follows a refined, vehicle-specific profile and is available in either a polished alloy finish or a durable powdercoated option, allowing seamless integration with both chrome-accented and blacked-out vehicle styling packages.
