  • We are seeking an experienced powder coater with a strong background in powder coating alloy and steel products with a minimum of 3 years consecutive experience polishing.
  • Knowledge in the use of hand and powered tools for powder coating is required.
  • Experience using sand blasting and powder coating equipment.
  • You must be driven & capable of consistently achieving weekly production targets.
  • 38 hour working week
  • Bonus for over-achievement of output & quality is available.
  • A 90-day probation period will apply to ensure that output targets can be met.

ALUMINIUM WELDER

  • ECB’s aluminum bullbars are manufactured to the highest industry standards.
  • We are seeking an experienced aluminum welder who can weld in a production line environment.
  • In addition to a minimum of three (3) years recently working in a welding role, you will hold a TAFE Certificate III in Engineering Fabrication, or equivalent.
  • You must be driven & capable of consistently achieving weekly production targets.
  • 38 hour working week
  • A 90-day probation period will apply to ensure that output targets can be met.

METAL POLISHER

  • We are seeking an experienced metal polisher with a strong background in alloy finishing and polishing with a minimum of 3 years consecutive experience polishing.
  • Knowledge in the use of hand and powered tools for metal finishing is required.
  • Experience using buffing wheels and treatment compounds to achieve smooth reflective finishes.
  • You must be driven & capable of consistently achieving weekly production targets.
  • 38 hour working week

Production Worker

Provide effective support to the daily operations of assigned parts, packing and support teams. Maintain and improve production output and product quality. Ensure effective and continual improvement of production department to achieve the positions responsibilities and KPI objectives to enable ECB to grow.

 Primary Responsibilities;

  • Daily support of relative production duties.
  • Adhere to Health and Safety standards in the workplace
  • To be pro-active in developing continual improvement techniques.
  • Prioritising work load to ensure that products are delivered in full and on time.
  • Being responsible for quality assurance of relative duties.
  • Efficient production of material/consumables usage
  • Assist in production in all relative sections with regards to priority and skills i.e. completing operational duties etc if necessary.
  • Any other duties as reasonably requested from time to time.
  • Ensure and be responsible for the day to day effective management and care of relevant company assets, including buildings, plant and equipment, tools, fixtures, fittings and property.
